in4m was established a number of years ago with the amalgamation of two of the North West’s leading building consultants; Peter Bolton and Michael Robinson who were subsequently joined by Angela Seddon.

Peter Bolton has recently retired from the business, with Michael and Angela continuing to apply their extensive experience and knowledge to help our clients succeed in today’s commercial property market. Having acted for major corporates, public and private sector clients, we have extensive knowledge of our sector, with experience of managing and working with multi-disciplined teams. Our approach provides focus, balance and importantly, from a viewpoint of independence.

The breadth of our experience makes in4m ideally suited to large-scale projects. However, our specialist expertise is often called upon to advise on smaller technical property matters. We have all acted in Project Management, Development Monitoring, Dilapidations and Technical Due Diligence roles on a variety of schemes and property types in the industrial, office, retail, hotel and mixed-use sectors on single assets and portfolios throughout the UK and abroad.

Our work spans the commercial development sectors where we advise investors, funders, owners, occupiers and development companies. Always applying our independent approach and working together with the most appropriate teams for each project, ensuring a best in class approach to each instruction.

With experience of leadership and large business operations throughout their careers, where we held senior positions managing teams of top multi-disciplinary consultants, our diverse skills are invaluable when acting as a single point of contact for clients.
