Spectrum Living Solutions various projects
In early 2015 we were approached by Spectrum Living Solutions to help them develop a number of property conversions. These relatively small residential conversions were to provide supported but independent accommodation for vulnerable people. For some this would be a staging post to full independence for other a valuable step out of institutional life. From these first small conversions the programme developed into new build accommodation to provided self-contained flats of between 12 and 17 units with additional staff facilities. These new build schemes have been well received by both the residents and those who manage and run the facilities. Each scheme in construction terms is over a million pounds and all are built to a hight standard with NHBC or similar certification.
